The Hockey Development Centre for Ontario (HDCO) is once again pleased to announce that the 21th Annual "Milk Penalty Free Sweepstakes", will take place from December 1, 2007 until January 31, 2008. The program was developed to promote skills, safety and sportsmanship in Canada's most popular sport. This event is supported by Paul Henderson (former NHL player and Team Canada player-remember his winning goal in 1972, Canada-Russia series), Ron McLean (host of Hockey Night in Canada) and Geraldine Heaney (Canadian Women's National & Olympic Team).
